Joseph Kony is one of the world’s worst war criminals.

KONY 2014 is a film and campaign by the organization “Invisible Children” that aims to make Joseph Kony famous, not to celebrate him, but to raise support for his arrest and set a precedent for international justice.

Joesph Kony (in Uganda, Africa) is the leader of a rebel group – LRA. He kidnaps kids as young as 8 years old and either forces them to become his sex slaves, forces them to fight and kill people (including their parents) or else he kills them. He has been doing it for 26+ years and people have tried to spread the word and eventually they did. They went to politicians and a hundred+ soldiers went out to capture him, but they couldn’t find him. So America just left the matter unfinished. So on April 20th this year people are getting together and spreading the word. They are gathering late at night to go around and put up posters and stickers etc. so that everyone can see and make this war criminal famous to the world. People are calling and writing to all the politicians and the celebrities. They are doing what ever they can to get important people involved so that the lives of thousands of innocent people are saved.
